Overview

Grab your yoga mat and join your little one in this unique mindful class. We will explore yoga poses that you and your little one can practice together, and introduce mindful movement that will help your kiddos get their wiggles out, and help you de-stress. This is for babies in the age range of 0-36 months. Please bring your own yoga mat! Can’t wait to take some deep breaths with you!
